CoCo Communications Gets Funding, Shuffles Execs

Seattle-based CoCo Communications announced Monday afternoon that the firm has appointed a new board of directors, appointed a new CEO, and CFO, and taken a new round of capital from its investors. Investors in the firm were not disclosed, nor was the amount raised, however one of the investors in the firm was Swiftsure Capital. The firm said that the company's new CEO and President is John E. DeFeo, former CEO and President of U.S. West New Vector Group; the company has also tapped John Stachowiak, as from U.S. West, as CEO. The company's founder and former CEO, Mark Tucker, has left the company, however Jeremy Bruestle, co-founder of the firm, will continue on to lead the firm's technical efforts.
