5to1.com Gains Funding
Seattle-based 5to1.com, a stealth startup, disclosed in a regulatory filing this week that it has completed a $4.5M in a funding round. According to the filing, investors include Prism Ventureworks, and Fuse Capital. Woody Benson of Prism VentureWorks and Ross Levinsohn of Fuse Capital (and formerly of Fox Interactive Media) are listed as board members. Former Fox Interactive Media Chief Revenue Officer, Michael Barrett, is listed as an executive, as is James Heckman Jr., formerly of Rivals.com. The firm had raised $2M in the venture round back in April; it also appears the firm increased the size of the funding round from $3.5M to $4.5M in the last few months.
