AboutUs Raises $1.2M

Portland-based AboutUs, which operates a wiki-style site giving information about web sites, has raised $1.2M in an equity funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. Source of the funding was not disclosed. According to the filing, the fundraising is part of a $1.4M round. AboutUs has previously raised $5M from Voyager Capital. Erik Benson of Voyager remains on the board, which also now includes Paul Stahura, Chief Strategy Officer at Demand Media. More information »
