AccessLine Acquired By Telanetix

Bellevue, Washington-based AccessLine has officially become part of Telanetix, the firms said today, as Telanetix has completed its buy of the hosted VoIP maker. The deal, which was originally announced earlier this month, was worth $34.9M. AccessLine was venture-backed by Mellon Ventures, Venrock Associates, Gabriel Venture Partners, Goldman Sachs and Alexander Hutton Venture Partners. According to Telanetix, Accessline had gross revenues of $24.3M in its fiscal year ended December 31, 2006.
