Act-On Gets $10M

Beaverton, Oregon-based Act-On Software, a developer of cloud-based, marketing automation software, said today that it has raised $10M in a Series C financing round. The round came from Trinity Ventures. According to the firm, the funding will go towards global sales and service expansion, as well as product development. Act-On is headed by Raghu Raghavan.
