    Aculight Acquisition Completes


    Defense firm Lockheed Martin said earlier this week that it has completed its acquisition of Aculight Corporation, based in Bothell. Aculight provides countermeasures, laser radar, and other products for the defense and aerospace industry. Lockheed originally announced the acquisition in July. According to Lockheed Martin, Aculight will report to its business unit in Akron, Ohio. Financial terms were not disclosed.
