Redmond, Washington-based Advanced Digital Information Corporation said this afternoon that its shareholders have approved the merger of ADIC with Quantum. Quantum expects the transaction to close Tuesday, August 22nd. The proposed merger was first announced in May. ADIC is a provider of tape storage drives, libraries, and other related products.
