Seattle-based AdReady is powering a new small business advertising tool from American Express, which will help small businesses create and track their online advertising. American Express OPEN said Monday that its new AdManager tool is the latest in a suite of software products as part of its American Express Open Business App program. The financial arrangements between American Express and AdReady were not announced.
