Agilyx Lands $25M

Beaverton-based Agilyx, a developer of a process to convert waste plastics into crude oil, said today that it has raised $25M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Keating Capital, and also included prior investors Kleiner Perkins Caulfield & Byers, Saffron Hill Ventures, Waste Management, Total Energy Ventures International, Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital and Reference Capital. The firm comes on top of $22M raised earlier this year by the company in a Series B round. Agilyx is led by Chris Ulum. The company said the funding will go towards working capital, to fund marketing, business development, the deployment of new projects, as well as for scaling operations. More information »
