Airbiquity Connects With OnStar

Seattle-based Airbiquity, the developer of telematics products for the automotive industry, said today that it has been selected to provide its data-over-voice technology to OnStar's retail product, OnStar FMV. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. OnStar FMV is a retail device, designed to mount on automotive mirrors, to provide the OnStar service to any vehicle. Airbiquity said it expects OnStar FMV to be available in North America in 2011.
