Alerts.com Debuts Alert Site

Bellevue-based Alerts.com debuted its online alerting service Monday, saying that its service will provide aggregated alerts on a number of different areas. The firm said it will provide alerts on gas prices, prices, Craiglist listings, NFL scores, headlines, and more. Alerts.com--which is venture backed by Monster Venture Partners and Internet Real Estate Group--said that the firm's service is targeted at helping consumers save time and money creating, managing and controlling how they receive information. The service delivers alerts via email and a desktop widget.
