Amazon Buys Liquavista For Color Kindles

Seattle-based Amazon.com has confirmed its acquisition of Liquavista, the developer of color, electronic book reader technology that is owned by Samsung. The acquisition has driven speculation that the technology will end up in a color Kindle reader. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced. The deal has been rumored to be in the works since March.
