Amazon Creates Dedicated TV Show Stores

Seattle-based Amazon.com said today that it has launched new, dedicated "stores" focused on specific TV shows and series. According to the company, it is launching 500 new stores specifically dedicated to TV shows like Battlestar Galactica, Family Guy, and Supernatural. The dedicated sites will include free episodes, video clips, cast interviews, and links to Amazon Video On Demand, in addition to allowing customers to buy DVDs from Amazon. Amazon also said it will soon also feature TV schedules when the shows are playing.
