Amazon In Streaming Deal With MGM Studios

Seattle-based Amazon.com is expanding its library of videos that can be streamed from its Prime Instant Video service, saying this morning that it has signed a licensing agreement with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios to stream classic movie and TV episodes. Financial details of the licensing deal were not disclosed. Amazon said the move brings its total to more than 18,000 movies and TV episodes on its streaming video service.
