Seattle-based Amazon.com has launched a new application for the RIM BlackBerry this morning, saying that the firm will allow users to find, discover, and buy products from its site. According to Amazon, the app--which is available for free--can be downloaded from the firm's web site. The new app follows a similar, shopping application the firm released in December for the Apple iPhone. Among features of the application include a photo-matching application, which attempts to match pictures taken of items with products in Amazon's catalog.
