Seattle-based Amazon.com said today that it has launched a new, video streaming service for its Amazon Prime customers. Amazon said the new service would offer unlimited, commercial-free, instant streaming of 5,000 movies and TV shows, included as part of its Prime service. Amazon Prime was originally started as a free shipping service for Amazon customers, and costs $79 a year.
