Amazon Plans Fulfillment Center In Massachusetts

Seattle-based Amazon.com is continuing to build out its extensive network of fulfillment centers, saying late Tuesday that it plans to open a new fulfillment center in Fall River, Massachusetts. According to Amazon.com, the new facility will bring more than 500 full time jobs to the area. The fulfillment center is the first for Amazon.com in the state. Amazon says the center will be more than a million square feet, and will be developed by the Trammell Crow Company.
