Amazon Web Services Opens City On A Cloud Challenge

Seattle-based Amazon Web Services has opened up entries into its second City on a Cloud Innovation Challenge, its competition that looks to spur local and regional governments to leverage Amazon's cloud services. Amazon said it will award $250,000 in AWS credits to eight grand prize winners in the competition. The deadline for the new competition is August 21sst.
