Amazon Web Services Targets Bay Area Developers With Pop-Up Shop

Taking a clue from the popularity of "pop up" retail boutique stores, Amazon Web Services said today that it is re-opening a "pop up loft" to help startups learn more about its cloud services in San Francisco. In an "only in San Francisco" moment, Amazon said the pop up location will let developers spent time with technical experts, take courses, network with other users -- or just hang out and work. The location will be open from 10am to 6pm plus for some evening events.
