    Amnis Raises $11.25M


    Seattle, Washington-based Amnis, a maker of instrumentation for the life sciences market, has closed a Series C round of funding. The firm said that the funding came from CVF LLC and MedVenture Associates. Amnis is a developer of instrumentation for high speed imaging of cells, used for processing images in hematology, immunology, and oncology. As part of the funding, Richard Robb of CVF and nettee Campbell-White from MedVenture are joining the firm's board.
