Apptio Snags Funding From Cisco

Bellevue-based Apptio, a developer of software for the financial management of corporate data centers, is announcing today that it has scored $3.5M in new funding from Cisco. The firm said the funding closes out its Series C round, which it announced in August. As part of the funding, Apptio said that Cisco is integrating the firm's product as part of Cisco's professional services engagements. Apptio announced its Series C in August, saying it had raised $16.5M from Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Madrona Venture Group and Shasta Ventures. More information »
