Bellevue-based Ascentium, a marketing and technology consulting firm, said today that it has acquired Artemis Corporation, a UK-based provider of Microsoft Sharepoint consulting. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Ascentium said the acquisition allows the company to cater to growing business opportunities in the UK and throughout Europe. Artemis was founded in 1997. Ascentium is a provider of IT consulting and counts Boeing, Dell, Expedia, InfoSpace, Microsoft, Providence Health, and Starbucks as customers.
