Atigeo Bolsters Board

Bellevue-based Atigeo, a developer of semantic discovery and data software, said today that it has added Gregory Akers, Senior Vice President of Advanced Security Initiatives and Chief Technology Officer within the Global Government Solutions Group at Cisco, to its board. Atigeo said Akers has been at Cisco for 19 years, and is also active in providing Internet security and critical infrastructure advice to both Cisco customers and the U.S. government.
