Seattle-based Attassa, a developer of Microsoft Outlook integration and collaboration tools, has been acquired by Silicon Valley firm YouSendIt. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. YouSendIt is a developer of an online service that allows users to send very large files to other users. Attassa was founded in November 2007, and headed by Rod Frey.
