    Attenex Acquired by FTI Consulting


    Seattle-based Attenex, a provider of e-discovery software, has been acquired by New York-based FTI Consulting, FTI said Tuesday afternoon. According to FTI, it will pay approximately $88M in cash for Attenex. The deal is expected to close in Q3 of this year. FTI said that Attenex had revenues of approximately $25M in 2007. Attenex is venture funded by Voyager Capital, and was founded in 2001, and provides software used by managing e-discovery by law firms. FTI said that Attenex will be integrated into its FTI Technology segment.
