Bainbridge Island, Washington-based Avalara, the developer of sales tax calculation software, has linked with a developer of enterprise resource planning software. Avalara and SYSPRO said today that they are in a strategic partnership, where Avalara's sales tax calculation software will be integrated with SYSPRO's ERP software. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. SYSPRO's products are aimed at SMB manufacturers and distributors.
