Bainbridge Island-based Avalara, a developer of e-commerce software used for managing sales tax collection, has raised another $7M in funding, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. The filing indicates the funding is an extension of a $14M funding closed in April, bringing the total raised in that round to $21.2M. Avalara is headed by Scott mcFarlane.
