Azaleos Names VP

Azaleos Corp., a provider of turnkey, on-premises consulting for Microsoft Exchange, reported Monday that it has hired Scott Gode as vice president of marketing. The company said Gode will oversee the company’s overall marketing and product-management strategy and will report directly to Phil Van Etten, Azaleos' chief executive officer. Prior to joining Azaleos, Gode spent 14 years at Microsoft Corp., where he most recently served as senior marketing executive for the software giant’s IT Pro marketing team. Gode also enjoyed stints with Motorola, American Airlines and Thomas Cook Travel. Founded in 2004, Azaleos Corp. is headquartered in Redmond, Wash.
