A new startup, Circa, co-founded by Ben Huh, the CEO of Seattle-based Cheezburger Network, has raised $750,000 in a seed funding round. The stealthy startup raised funding from eonCapital, Quotidian Ventures, David Cohen and David Tisch of TechStars, David Karp (Tumlbr), SK Ventures, and a host of angels.
