Bezos Puts Bet On Mobile Security Developer Lookout

Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos has just made a late stage bet on a developer of mobile security software. According to Lookout, a Bay Area mobile security software company, Bezos Expeditions has joined a number of new investors--including T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Wellington Management Company, LLP, Goldman Sachs--in investing in a $150M funding round for the company. Prior investors Mithril Capital Management, Khosla Ventures, Accel Partners, Index Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz also invested in Lookout. More information »
