    BIAMP Systems Acquires Creative Audio


    Beaverton, Oregon-based BIAMP Systems, a developer of audio electronics, said Thursday that it has acquired Creative Audio, a Brisbane, Australia-based developer of audio products. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. BIAMP said the acquisition will provide it with access to a highly evolved and experience engineering development team. Creative Audio was founded in 1986, and provides entertainment communications systems and automated paging control systems.
