Seattle- and San Francisco-based Billing Revolution said this morning that it has scored a strategic investment from Citi Ventures, the investment arm of Citigroup. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed. Billing Revolution is a provider of mobile payment applications, used for paying for both digital and physical items. The new funding comes several weeks after raising $6.6M from DCM and SK Telecom Ventures. More information »
