BlueKai Acquired By Oracle

Seattle-based BlueKai, the venture-backed developer of online advertising analytics software, has been acquired by Oracle, the two announced this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. BlueKai was venture backed by GGV Capital, Redpoint Ventures and Battery Ventures. BlueKai was led by Omar Tawakol.
