Seattle-based BlueView Technologies, the developer of compact forward-looking imaging sonar, microbathymetry systems and 3D scanning sonar equipment, is now officially part of Teledyne Technologies, Teledyne said today. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. The two had announced the acquisition in May.
