    BSQUARE Acquires NEC's Flash Consulting Business


    Bellevue, Washington-based BSQUARE, a provider of consulting to the embedded device market, said today that it has acquired NEC Corporation of America's, Flash Technology Consulting and Distribution business. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. BSQUARE said that the deal makes it a worldwide authorized distributor of Adobe Flash Lite software, which is Adobe's version of Flash for embedded and mobile devices.
