    BuddyTV Takes $6M


    Seattle-based BuddyTV, an Internet web site focused on entertainment and television, has raised $6M in a Series B funding round, the firm said this morning. The firm, which is headed by Andy Liu and David Niu, said the round came from Madrona Venture Group. Liu and Niu sold their last company, NetConversions, to aQuantive in 2004. According to BuddyTV, the round will go towards new personnel and technology. BuddyTV's site features articles, news, spoilers, and interviews focused on television content.
