Buteeq Raises $2M

Seattle-based Buteeq, the startup providing social marketing and web site management to hotels, has raised $2M in funding from a number of angel investors. Buteeq's service provide online, mobile, and social features to help hotels -- particularly small properties, B&B's, and inns -- reach out to potential customers using technology. Buteeq's CEO is Forest Key, a former Microsoft executive; the other founders include Adam Brownstein, also formerly at Microsoft.
