Buuteeq Acquired By Priceline

Seattle-based Buuteeq, the hotel marketing software developer led by Forest Key, has been acquired by hotel and travel booking company The Priceline Group. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Priceline said that Buuteeq will continue to operate as an independent business, within The Priceline Group. PriceLine operates such sites as Booking.com, KAYAK, Rentalcars.com, Agoda.com, in addition to Priceline.com. Buuteeq was venture backed by Concur and Madrona Venture Group.
