Cardiac Dimensions Adds $8.5M

Kirkland-based medical device developer Cardiac Dimensions said this morning that it has raised $8.5M in a financing round. The funding came from Arboretum Ventures, along with M.H. Carnegie & Co. and Lumira Capital. The funding is part of an earlier, funding round announced in April, bringing that total round to $28.5M. Cardiac Dimensions is developing a system to help with heart surgery, helping to reduce the issue of functional mitral regurgitation (FMR) in a minimally invasive fashion. More information »
