![]() Wednesday, April 4, 2007 Cascade Microtech Acquires GryphicsBeaverton, Oregon-based Cascade Microtech said today that it has acquired Gryphics, a firm that provides high performance socket products used in the final production and evaluation testing of packaged semiconductors. The deal was worth approximately $26M in cash and stock. According to Cascade Microtech, Gryphics had revenues of $7.7M in 2006. Cascade was advised by D.A.
