    Cascade Microtech Names Exec


    Beaverton, Oregon-based Cascade Microtech said Thursday that it has named a new director of worldwide sales and service for the firm's Engineering Products Division. Dr. Tariq Alam was promoted to the position. Alam has been at the firm since 1999, and has previously directed the firm's Singapore, Taiwan, and Shanghai facilities. Cascade Microtech is a provider of tools for electrical measurement and test of integrated circuits.
