Cascade Microtech Shuffles Organization

Beaverton, Oregon-based Cascade Microtech, a developer of equipment for measurement and test of integrated circuits, said Tuesday that it has reorganized the company. The firm said it has eliminated its divisions, and reorganized across functional lines; the firm said the move was part of a "transition to an outsourced manufacturing model for certain product lines." Impact of the restructuring on employment was not given, and the firm did not detail which products it would outsource manufacturing for.
