Cascadia PM Acquired By Centerline Solutions

Vancouver, Washington-based Cascadia PM, a provider of wireless tower maintenance and services for the communications industry, has been acquired by fellow wireless infrastructure provider Centerline Solutions. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Centerline Solutions said teh buy helps extend its service into the Pacific Northwest. Centerline Solutions says it has hired on an additional 50 employees from Cascadia PM as part of the buy. Both companies build, repair, and maintain wireless towers for the communications industry.
