Cdigix Joins Internet2

Seattle-based Cdigix said today that it has become a corporate member of the Internet2, and plans to collaborate with the consortium on content distribution and federated identity management. Internet2 is the high speed next generation Internet, mostly made up of Universities and research & development organizations. Cdigix also said it will look to leverage the speed of the Internet2 network for its educational multimedia service. Cdigix provides digital entertainment and educational media services for students.
