    Celebrate Express Consolidates Operations, Lays Off 48


    Kirkland, Washington-based Celebrate Express, an online and catalog retailer of birthday party supplies, said Thursday afternoon that it is consolidating its customer service and print manufacturing operations into North Carolina. The consolidation will result in the loss of 48 jobs in the company's Kirkland, washington site. Celebrate Express said that the consolidation should be completed by July.
