    CheckFree Buys Corillian


    CheckFree Corporation said Wednesday that it is in a definitive agreement to acquire Portland, Oregon-based Corillian, in a deal worth $245M. Checkfree said it will acquire all of the outstanding shares of publicly held Corillian at $5.15 per share. Corillian is a provider of Internet banking software and services. The deal, which is subject to regulatory review, is expected to close in June.
