Chirpify Raises $6M

Portland-based social e-commerce service Chirpify announced this morning that it has now raised $6M in its Series funding round, which it will use to expand its social commerce platform. The company said it raised an additional, $4M in the SEries A, with new investors Saturn Partners, Provenance Ventures, Idan Ravin (NBA), David Cohen (Interscope Geffen A&M Vice Chairman), and others. The funding comes on an existing $2M in funding from Voyager Capital, announced earlier. Chirpify's service allows people to buy things, donate to cuases, and more through social channels like Twitter and Facebook. More information »
