ClearEdge Power Gets Another $11.0M

Hillsboro, Oregon-based ClearEdge Power, a developer of fuel cell products used to convert natural gas into electricity, has raised another $11.0M in funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. The funding is part of a round started in August of 2009. No details on the funding have been announced by the firm, which as previously taken capital from Kohlberg Family, Big Basin Partners, and Applied Ventures. The funding brings its total raised in this recent funding to $26.0M, according to the filing. More information »
