Bellevue-based 4G wireless network operator Clearwire said Monday that it has inked a wholesale, 4G agreement with Earthlink, to power Earthlink's high speed fixed and mobile broadband services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The two said they expect that Earthlink will launch a wireless service targeted at consumers for home use in early 2013. The companies also said they expect Earthlink will also be launching a mobile device plan and new services aimed at small business customers.
