    Clearwire Launches In Spain


    Bellevue, Washington-based Clearwire said today that it has launched its services in Seville, Spain. The provider of wireless Internet services said that the new network covers more than 300,000 households. Clearwire is developing wireless networking services based on the WiMax wireless standard, and was founded by Craig McCaw. According to Clearwire the expansion now brings the firm's total coverage in Europe to more than 2.2 million people.
